Jane has practiced as a psychotherapist and spiritual teacher for 30 years in Warwick, NY. She has completed intensive shamanic training with Shamans Hank Wesselman and Jill Kuykendall, in Sonoma, Ca. Jane has practiced deep meditation for 40 years and shared an ongoing spiritual consciousness group for 15 years. Jane can Journey for you, support your spiritual transformation process and "hold the space" for blessings of healing.

Mindfulness Meditation with Therese
9:30-10:15 am
In mindfulness meditation we are trying to achieve a mind that is stable and calm. What we begin to discover is that this calmness is a natural aspect of the mind.. Through mindfulness practice we begin to develop and strengthen this aspect of the mind. Eventually we are able to remain peacefully in our mind without struggle. Nothing is forced and practice is always done with kindness and patience.

Therese is a retired Massage Therapist who has been a Reiki Master for 12 years. She was introduced to meditation and yoga over 30 years ago and continues to be a student of both. Therese is here to assist people in healing themselves during this lifetime using the healing modalities she has adopted into her own life. Her approach is eclectic and personalized to the individual.

Yoga with Kathleen Shannon 11 am - 12 noon
RYT, CYT-500, KHYF Certified
Yoga in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, a style that emphasizes adaption to the individual. This practice will leave you feeling relaxed, flexible and healthy. If you can breathe, you can do yoga!
Kathleen has been a yoga practitioner for over 10 years and has taught yoga in various settings for the past 3 years. She firmly believes that anyone can do yoga.
$10/class, all levels welcome.

Qi Gong with Olga 6:30-7:30pm

Qi gong is an ancient self-healing modality that comes from China. It energizes the body so it helps prevent or fight disease. Qi gong activates all the channels in the body and eliminates all the blockages, created either by stress, stored toxic emotions (fear, grief, anger, anxiety, sadness etc) or environmental, thus relieving the body from the disease.

The New Moon Power in Leo points us to the astrological sign which rules how we express or project our individuality. Through this sign's energies, we joyously learn who we are and learn how to express this uniqueness through our creativity and the projections of our personalities.
